Villa Lorenzo is located at "Capriano di Briosco -MB"- and is a late eighteenth-century villa. It was converted to a summer residence for noble Milanese families and It’s extravagant design and ornate fixtures made for a breathtaking backdrop and provided the suggestive natural environment for our production.
The main gate to the property is the city center of Capriano.

Villa Lorenzo recalls the typical old-style/vintage country villas and on special occasions let’s guests relive the pleasure of those noble Italian families of long ago by a walk in the park or, a moment of relaxation in the bright rooms on the ground floor.

The park

Over 2 hectares of stunning English-style grass/park surround the villa making for an enchanting backdrop. Just a short walk from the park stands a period greenhouse built on the property at the end of the nineteenth century.

This ancient family villa had been lived in by the same family that built it back in the 18th century and has been passed down through the generations until in 2007 when the current owner decided it should be made a public place, a living museum where everyone could spend an afternoon admiring its architectural beauty and breathtaking park settings.

Before being officially reopened as a museum, the mansion was subjected to a careful conservative restoration that allowed the manor to be restored to its original splendor. During the restoration, architectural details were added that made the villa even more welcoming, such as the large veranda connected directly to the internal rooms which can accommodate up to 160 people and during the cold winter months can be sealed and heated so that everyone can take in the splendid winter garden in warmth and comfort until the snowflakes begin to bend to the will of Spring. Villa Lorenzo is truly a magical place.
